We are designing and testing toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA, including readable contrast, keyboard operation, labeled form controls, visible focus and responsive layouts. This is an ongoing effort, not a certification that every requirement has been met.

How this site works
Online requests are saved and reviewed by the team; appointments are confirmed personally rather than booked from a live calendar. We will assess further integrations for accessibility before enabling them. Automated checks are supplemented with manual keyboard and mobile review.
