Generator Care of Greenwich provides a limited warranty on labor and workmanship for installation, repair, and maintenance services performed by our technicians.

• We warrant our workmanship for a period of 90 days to 1 year from the date of service (you choose based on your business model).
• This warranty covers defects in installation or repair work performed by our technicians.

This warranty applies to:

• Improper installation of generator components
• Faults directly resulting from service performed by our technicians
• Wiring, connections, or mechanical work completed by our company

This warranty does NOT cover:

• Manufacturer defects (covered by Generac Power Systems, Inc.)
• Normal wear and tear
• Battery failure or fuel-related issues
• Damage caused by storms, flooding, or power surges
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications by third parties
• Failure due to lack of maintenance or improper use

All Generac products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty provided by Generac Power Systems, Inc. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects or warranty claim decisions.

If a customer experiences an issue after service:

• We will inspect the system to determine the cause
• If the issue is related to our workmanship, we will correct it at no charge
• If the issue is unrelated to our service, standard service fees may apply

Generator Care of Greenwich is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from generator failure, including loss of power, property damage, or business interruption.
