Privacy, plainly explained.
This notice describes the public website and its online service-request form. If you have a customer portal account, the information in it is used to provide and manage the service you request. Customer email sent to the business mailbox is imported so the team can read and reply. We will update this notice as our services change.
Service requests
When you send the service-request form, the details you enter—the service, property address, preferred dates and windows, your name, email, phone, response preference and any notes—are stored in the business’s systems so the team can review and respond to your request. The time of submission and the consent statement you agreed to are stored with it. A one-way hash of your network address is stored to prevent abuse of the form; the address itself is not kept with your request. A request is not a booked appointment.
Request details are used only to review, respond to and carry out the work you asked about. To ask about, correct or request deletion of a request you sent, use the reference number shown on screen and contact the business at the address below.
Browser-only tools
The service-area checker performs approximate town, state and ZIP matching in your browser. It does not geocode, verify the street address or retain your entry. The generator estimator also runs locally. If you choose to discuss an estimate, its non-personal numerical summary is carried to the request page in the link.
Ordinary website requests
The website host receives technical information needed to serve pages, such as an IP address, browser information and requested URLs. Manufacturer imagery is loaded from a third-party image provider, which also receives ordinary network-request information. These requests are separate from the browser-local form inputs.
Hosting and security cookies
The hosting platform and its security providers, including Cloudflare, may use essential cookies to help distinguish visitors from automated traffic and protect the website. These hosting and security cookies are separate from advertising or marketing tracking.
Email contact
Choosing an email link opens your email application. No message is sent until you send it yourself. Information you email is processed by the email providers and the business to respond to your inquiry. Please do not send passwords, alarm codes, payment information or health information through a general inquiry.
Analytics and marketing
No advertising pixels, marketing email enrollment, SMS enrollment or production analytics account is connected. No online payment or automatic maintenance-agreement enrollment is available.
Additional services
Online payments, SMS, marketing enrollment and production analytics are not connected. If those or similar services are added, the business will update this notice with provider disclosures, record retention and deletion procedures, access controls and applicable privacy choices. This notice is not a blanket statement about services that are not offered here.
