How we help
A warning light, failed start or unexpected shutdown is a reason to have your generator checked. We investigate the symptoms, explain what we find and help you decide on the repair work.
What the service covers
- Review of symptoms, history and available fault information
- Step-by-step testing based on the work you approve
- Explanation of findings, parts needs and repair options
What to expect
A diagnostic visit identifies or narrows the cause; it is not a promise that every repair can be completed during the first appointment. Parts availability, equipment condition and the nature of the fault affect timing. Additional work is discussed before proceeding.
Before your visit
Record any displayed fault code without opening equipment or resetting safety devices. Share the model and a description of what happened.
