How we help
A readiness inspection helps identify concerns and plan appropriate service. It is especially useful when maintenance history is unclear, an exercise cycle has changed or you want a review before storm season.
What the service covers
- Review of visible condition and available service history
- Battery and operating-status assessment
- Prioritized findings and recommended next steps
What to expect
An inspection checks condition; it does not automatically include maintenance or repairs. We explain what we checked, what needs attention and whether further testing is needed. No inspection can guarantee uninterrupted operation or predict every future failure.
Before your visit
Tell us about recent warning messages, missed exercise cycles, unusual sounds and the date of the last service.

A few useful answers
Is my requested time confirmed?
No. We review your preferred date and time, then reach out personally to confirm the visit. Other hours may be arranged when necessary.
How much will the service cost?
Your quote will explain the work and equipment covered. Parts, additional repairs and after-hours visits are included only when listed in the estimate.
Do you serve my property?
We serve all of Greenwich. Requests from nearby Westchester and Fairfield County communities are reviewed individually as coverage expands.
