An inspection evaluates condition

An inspection checks the parts of your generator included in the visit and reviews available operating information. It helps answer three questions: Is anything showing signs of trouble? What needs attention first? Is maintenance or further testing needed?

Maintenance performs scheduled care

Maintenance carries out the care due for your generator. The work depends on its model, running hours and operating conditions. Before a visit, check which tasks, parts and fluids are included—a general “tune-up” description may not tell you enough.

Tell us what has changed

If you do not know the service history, say so. If a warning or fault is present, choose diagnostics rather than assume a maintenance visit will resolve it. We can help determine the right starting point.

Equipment-specific requirements and project recommendations must be confirmed by a qualified professional. This guide is not installation or repair instructions.
