Our services

Storm response

Local support when weather puts standby power to the test.

How we help

We triage storm-related requests by the seriousness of the generator or safety concern, followed by active service-agreement customers, existing Generator Care customers, new emergency customers and routine work. Every response remains subject to technician availability and safe travel conditions.

What the service covers

  • Triage of the reported issue, safety concern and service history
  • Assessment of availability and safe property access
  • Coordination of an appropriate next step

What to expect

Storm demand can exceed available capacity. A request does not guarantee immediate attendance or a particular response time. This website is not an emergency dispatch channel; do not rely on a website submission for an immediate safety response.

Before your visit

Provide the property address, generator model, fault message and whether the property currently has power. For immediate danger, contact emergency services.

A few useful answers

Is my requested time confirmed?

No. We review your preferred date and time, then reach out personally to confirm the visit. Other hours may be arranged when necessary.

How much will the service cost?

Your quote will explain the work and equipment covered. Parts, additional repairs and after-hours visits are included only when listed in the estimate.

Do you serve my property?

We serve all of Greenwich. Requests from nearby Westchester and Fairfield County communities are reviewed individually as coverage expands.
